At Countryside Christian Academy, we strive for academic excellence while nurturing the development of strong Christian character in our students and parents. Our rigorous academic program encompasses various subjects, including science, math, spelling, and biblical principles. We take pride in equipping our students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in these areas and prepare them for future success.
CCA holds accreditation with the esteemed Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). Our dedicated teachers possess an Association of Christian Schools International Certification and, at a minimum, hold a bachelor’s degree. We ensure that our teachers have the qualifications and expertise to provide a quality education rooted in Christian principles. Founded in 2000, Countryside Christian Academy is a fully accredited private Christian school. We maintain accreditation through the Association of Christian Schools International and the Pinellas County License Board #C004226, ensuring the highest standards of education and compliance. Our certified teachers and staff are committed to providing a comprehensive and exceptional educational experience.
With a long-standing vision in mind, we are proud to announce the completion of our recent $2 million dollar renovation project. The original sanctuary has been transformed into a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art gymnasium, providing CCA students with a safe and secure indoor environment to play, learn, and grow. This significant investment reflects our unwavering commitment to creating exceptional spaces that enhance the overall educational experience for our students.
CCA is situated in both the education building, youth center and main church building, providing a spacious and well-equipped campus for our students. With classrooms spanning two floors, a dedicated lunchroom, and modern facilities, we offer a conducive learning environment. Our teachers take pride in infusing their unique style and creativity into their classrooms, fostering an atmosphere that is both enjoyable and conducive to learning.
At Countryside Christian Academy, we believe in enriching the learning process through a diverse range of extracurricular activities. We offer a wide range of extracurricular activities including art, drama, music, technology classes, foreign language classes, school library, school chapel, physical education, Interscholastic sports, field trips, and a hot lunch program.
For our younger students, we have a large playground area with shade coverings. This provides an ideal space for them to socialize, play, and develop important coordination skills in a fun and safe environment.
Art is a beloved passion at CCA, and we provide abundant opportunities for students to explore their artistic talents. Our offerings extend beyond traditional art classes, encompassing sports programs, sewing, and technology classes. Additionally, we embrace a STEAM educational approach that integrates science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics, fostering innovation and design within our curriculum.
