CCA is currently looking to fill the following position(s):
Title: Vice Principal
Location: Clearwater, Florida
Countryside Christian Academy is a distinguished private Christian school committed to providing a nurturing, faith-based learning environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and socially. We seek a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our team of passionate educators and leaders. The Vice Principal will play a pivotal role in supporting the school's mission, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the development of our students.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Administration:
● Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school.
● Provide visionary leadership to faculty and staff in alignment with the school's Christian values and educational philosophy.
● Collaborate with the Principal in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance academic programs, student services, and extracurricular activities.
● Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, student discipline, and facility management.
2. Academic Excellence:
● Support the implementation of a rigorous and innovative curriculum grounded in a Biblical Worldview.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring and evaluating instructional practices and academic outcomes.
● Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculum development, lesson planning, and differentiated instruction. o Implement assessment strategies to measure student progress and inform instructional decision-making.
3. Student Development and Support:
● Promote a safe and nurturing learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
● Collaborate with all stakeholders to address the diverse needs of students.
● Oversee student activities, clubs, and events that promote character development, leadership skills, and spiritual growth. o Implement strategies to enhance student engagement, attendance, and overall well-being.
4. Parent and Community Engagement:
● Cultivate positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community to foster partnerships supporting student success.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular newsletters, meetings, and other communication channels.
● Collaborate with parent organizations and community groups to organize events and initiatives that enrich the school community.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably in a Christian school setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and values, with the ability to integrate them into educational practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of fostering academic excellence, student development, and community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic educational environment.
