Privacy Policy

Countryside Christian Academy (CCA) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy and to describe the information-gathering and dissemination practices for the Web site. CCA reserves the right to use or disclose any information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process involving the Web site.

The CCA website gathers personal information, such as first and last names, home addresses, e-mail addresses and date of birth, only when voluntarily submitted by you. If you submit personal information it will be collected from you in order to process your request. In the RenWeb site, you may update your profile information. Companies may be engaged by CCA to perform a variety of functions such as assisting with donation or payment collection, providing technical services for our Internet sites, etc. Such companies may have access to personal information if needed to perform certain functions. However, these companies may use such personal information only for the purpose of performing that function and may not use it for any other purpose. Other than as provided in this privacy policy, CCA does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties.

A primary method of communication to the CCA community is via e-mail, the CCA Web site and RenWeb sites. If you do not wish to receive e-mails generated through CCA, you may ask to be removed from the CCA e-mail list. Please be aware that even if you choose to unsubscribe, should a situation arise that we feel is pertinent for you, you may still receive information regarding your CCA account via email.

Cookies

Like most Internet sites, CCA uses cookies for a variety of purposes in order to improve your online experience. For example, we track the total number of visitors to our site on an anonymous, aggregate basis. We may also employ cookies so that we remember you when you return to the site. We may associate personal information with a cookie file in that instance. Use the options in your Internet browser to set your cookie preferences.

Credit Card Transactions

Some features of the RenWeb site enable credit card transactions. These features are set up by our members. They include making online tuition payments, donations or other purchases. CCA would like to assure you that RenWeb takes appropriate security measures to ensure such transactions secure.

Refund Policy

If a debit or credit card transaction needs to be refunded, it will be processed through our business office. The refund will be in the amount of the original transaction less the school's expected debit or credit card processing fee.
